Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At Pixel, we understand that sometimes orders need to be adjusted. This policy outlines the specific conditions under which you may cancel an order or request an exchange, in addition to our [Refund Policy].

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.

To cancel, please contact us as quickly as possible via email, phone, or WhatsApp with your order number.

  • If the order hasn’t been processed, cancellation is free and a full refund will be issued.
  • If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation will no longer be possible, but you may be eligible for a return (see our Refund Policy).
  • Preorders can be canceled at any time before they ship, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Product Exchanges

We allow product exchanges in limited cases, including:

  • Receipt of the wrong item or variant (e.g. color, model)
  • Defective item discovered on delivery
  • Other exceptional cases upon approval


To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with its full packaging and accessories

Exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, and product availability may affect how quickly we can process replacements.

Conditions & Exclusions

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Products that have been damaged, or modified
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable (as specified at the time of purchase)
  • Products returned without prior authorization
