We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if you don’t. Our return and exchange policy is designed to make your experience as smooth as possible. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please make sure to provide the following:
- Your original receipt or proof of purchase.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
- The item must be unused and in resellable condition.
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following categories:
- Delivery, installation, and labor services.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
- Personal care products (for hygiene reasons).
- Customized or special-order items.
- Opened software or video games (unless defective).
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
About Bundled Products
Items purchased as part of a promotional bundle must be returned or exchanged together. Partial returns from bundles are not accepted.
Refund Process
- No cash refunds are issued.
- For credit card purchases, refunds are issued back to the original card (minus any bank fees).
- Refunds may be stored as credit in your customer account for future purchases.
- Returns are processed based on the current market value of the item.
- Discounted, promotional, or bundle prices are taken into account when issuing a refund.
- VAT is not refundable if more than 3 months have passed since the purchase date.
