Processing Time
All orders are prepared and processed within one to two business days. Orders placed after working hours, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Preorders
Certain items in our catalog are offered as preorders, giving you access to exclusive or upcoming products before they are officially launched. The estimated shipping dates for preorder items are clearly mentioned on each product page. While we strive to meet these timelines, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to manufacturer or supplier constraints. If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will be shipped once all products are available, unless otherwise requested. Delivery Zones
Pixel delivers throughout Lebanon and also offers international shipping upon request. Deliveries within Beirut are generally faster, while deliveries to other regions may take additional time depending on the location. For international customers, we recommend contacting us before placing an order to confirm delivery options, estimated timeframes, and applicable conditions.
Delivery Time and Methods
Orders within the Beirut area are typically delivered within two to five business days. For other regions in Lebanon, delivery may take between two to four business days. For international orders, the delivery timeframe usually ranges from five to fifteen business days, depending on the destination and the carrier. We work with reliable shipping partners such as Aramex, DHL, and LibanPost to ensure your products arrive in the best possible condition. However, please note that all delivery timelines are approximate and may be subject to delays caused by logistics, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other unforeseen factors.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order weight, and selected delivery method. We may offer free delivery during promotional campaigns or for qualifying orders. Any such offers will be clearly displayed on our website or communicated through our marketing channels.
